Welcome to Seaton Surgery Online

The practice was purpose built in 1989 and we currently provide General Medical Services for approximately 3500 patients. We aim to treat all patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence. The following information is provided to inform you of the services offered by the surgery

Online Services 

Would you like to re-order your medication or book an appointment on line?  Please ask at reception for a password to enable you to access our online services. Find out more


Closed circuit TV is installed at our premises. This is for the purposes of staff, patient and premises security. Cameras are located only in the reception area and on the rear door to the premises and images from the cameras are recorded. The use of CCTV falls within the scope of the Data Protection Act. Images from cameras and recordings are held on a computer system and held in secure storage with controlled access for the required statutory period.  


For patients concerned that they may have coronavirus or may have come into contact with someone who has, the NHS 111 online service has created coronavirus pages that tell patients what they should do based on their particular circumstances.  This can be accessed here - NHS 111 CORONAVIRUS HELP
